What can I expect during my first session?
During your first session, we will do an in depth intake. We'll discuss your goals for the treatment and what your needs are for a safe and productive session. This will be followed by hands on work. At the end of the session I will discuss my findings with you and create a treatment plan involving self care, exercises, and other recommended therapies to best help you on your healing journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment time. I understand that sometimes things come up and life happens, so I allow for one missed session per customer. Any additional missed sessions without 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the session.
Can I book an appointment directly? Why can I only request an appointment?
I require a short consultation call with new clients so that I can understand their needs and if I am able to address them. This helps ensure that everyone gets the help they need.
What should I wear during my session?
That is up to you and your comfort level. I can perform a service on a fully clothed client, though certain techniques are more effective directly on the skin.
For massage, it is typical to undress, but undergarments can remain on. During the massage, I will only undrape the area of your body I am working on, all other parts will be covered by a sheet and blanket the entire time.

For repeat clients yes
