Hot Stone Therapy

$20

Hot stone therapy, often tied to traditional Lomi Lomi massage, originated from the use of smooth, heated volcanic lava rocks called Pohaku. These stones were often wrapped in ti leaves and applied to the body to alleviate pain, promote healing, and balance energy. Hot stones promote improved circulation, relaxation, and release of fascia.

Myofascial Cupping Therapy

$15

Cupping Therapy originated from Traditional Chinese Medicine as a way to improve circulation, release fascia, and move stagnant energy. Used by high performing athletes world wide, cupping aids with recovery, muscle tension, and circulation.

Myofascial release

Myofascial release (MFR) is a specialized, hands-on physical therapy technique that applies gentle, sustained pressure to the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles—to alleviate pain, increase range of motion, and break down adhesions.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Lymph Drainage Therapy(LDT) is an original hands-on method of lymphatic drainage developed by Bruno Chikly, MD DO. Created out of his award-winning research on the lymphatic system. LDT enables practitioners to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymphatic flow. For clients, the process is very pleasurable and induces deep states of relaxation. Lymphatic work is great for treating autoimmune conditions such as fibromyalgia, immune support, relief of chronic pain, relief of inflammation, treating allergies, and reduction in edemas or swelling.

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT) is a specialized, clinical manual technique targeting the underlying causes of chronic pain by focusing on nerve compression, trigger points, and postural imbalances. By applying, sustained, direct pressure, NMT aims to release tight muscle fibers, improve blood flow, and reset neurological activity to relieve pain and improve range of motion.

Muscle Energy Techniques

Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) are active, hands-on manual therapy methods where patients use gentle, voluntary isometric contractions against a practitioner's resistance to relax, lengthen, and rehabilitate muscles. Used by professionals to improve joint range of motion, reduce spasm, and alleviate pain, MET works through autogenic or reciprocal inhibition.

Heart Centered Therapy

Heart Centered Therapy (HCT) is a gentle, somatic, and emotional healing modality that uses dialogue and guided imagery to access the "wisdom of the heart," aiming to resolve deep-seated trauma, limiting beliefs, and physical symptoms. Developed by Alaya Chikly, it works to release emotional blockages stored in the body and transform multi-generational patterns.

What to Expect

In each session Sean listens to what your body needs in order to create a customized treatment plan for you. He prefers to work with his clients rather than on them. This means he will connect with you as an active member of the treatment in many cases having you do certain stretches, exercises, or breath work. He uses a combination of therapeutic techniques to address the body as an integrated whole. Sometimes there may be more pressure and sometimes there may be less. It simply depends which system requires the work. Sessions can vary depending on what your needs are in that moment.

*For initial visits expect extra time to be spent on a thorough intake to understand your health history and treatment goals to ensure a great experience.
